In order to initiate the AOG process, please contact your related service center by phone for any AOG requirements. Note: AOG and critical orders MUST be confirmed by email. No delivery shall be made based upon just a phone call.

AOG and critical orders MUST include

  1. Purchase order number
  2. Part number
  3. Nomenclature (description)
  4. Invoicing address
  5. Shipping address
  6. Shipping instructions
  7. Contact point with name and telephone number
  8. Aircraft tail number
