Vibro-Meter Inc has been involved in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of high performance instrumentation and equipment for over 50 years. Our aim is to provide engineering solutions for extreme environments in the civil and military aerospace, aviation and industrial markets. Current products include fluid gauging and sensing equipment, oil debris monitoring systems, optical flame detection and combustion monitoring systems, and engine vibration/condition monitoring solutions.
The successful candidate for this business development manager position will use their technical sales experience to develop and implement sales and marketing plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth in our engine monitoring product lines. Specific areas of focus will include the power generation, oil and gas, and the petrochemical markets. This manager will maintain a sound working relationship with our existing customers, identify new customers and opportunities, provide direct supervision to remote sales managers, and work closely with other businesses within the division, both in the US and abroad. Approximately 35% travel will be required with this position.
Candidates should possess a technical education (BS degree preferred), over five years of demonstrable success in the sales and marketing of vibration monitoring equipment, and the proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans within an engrepreneurial environment.
