The Omniguard Model 760 is the most advanced multi-spectrum IR5 flame detector in today's market. In a breakthrough technological advance, the Model 760 senses infrared radiation in five discreet infrared wavelengths for early fire detection for maximum protection of people, machinery, and facilities. The Model 760 also features Vibro-Meter's patented Fire Event Analysis algorithm, enabling high speed response and superior false alarm immunity.

The Omniguard Model 760 Infrared Flame Detector utilizes a state-of-the-art microprocessor
incorporating our patented Fire Event Analysis. With Fire Event Analysis, the Model 760 is capable of offering superior high speed flame detection without compromise to false alarm immunity. The Model 760 flame detector has been approved for indoor and outdoor use inhazardous areas and is weather proof in both its aluminum or optional stainless steel housing. Its built-in self test feature not only monitors lens clarity, but also screens the electronic circuit function, proper calibration, and output relay continuity.
As with all Omniguard flame detectors, the Model 760 is both easy and economical to install. The self-contained concept means no costly controller and no complicated wiring. Installation requires 24 Vdc, and connection of the detector's form C relays to a commercially available fire control panel.
The Omniguard Model 760 is capable of detecting various hydrocarbon fuel fires such as aviation fuel, various solvents, methane, propane, crude oil, and many others.
