In order to initiate the AOG process, please contact your related service center by phone for any AOG requirements.
Note: AOG and critical orders MUST be confirmed by email. No delivery shall be made on just a phone call.
AOG and critical orders MUST include:
- Purchase order number.
- Part number
- Nomenclature (description)
- Invoicing address
- Shipping address
- Shipping instructions
- Contact point with name and telephone number
- Aircraft tail number
